Inner Peace, Understood Differently
The Inner Peace Institute explores what inner peace is, what obscures it, and what becomes possible when we stop adding unnecessary struggle to our experience.
About the Institute
A place to explore inner peace.
The Inner Peace Institute brings together contemplative wisdom, modern psychology, and direct human experience to better understand the nature of inner peace.
Our work begins with a simple question:
What gets in the way of peace when nothing in this moment requires its absence?
Natural Unfolding
A foundational model for understanding inner peace.
Natural Unfolding is the foundational model of the Inner Peace Institute.
It begins with the observation that reality is already happening before we explain it, judge it, resist it, or decide what it means.
At the heart of the model is a simple definition:
Inner peace is less separation between what reality actually is and what you think reality actually is.

Inner Peace Intensive
Experience the work.
The Inner Peace Intensive is a private five-day program for people who want to experience deeper, more consistent inner peace.
It may be a fit if you:
Have experienced genuine inner peace before, but find that familiar thoughts, reactions, or patterns eventually return.
Meditate or follow a contemplative practice, yet feel there is still a gap between what you understand and what you consistently experience.
Have attended retreats or done significant personal-development work, but find that the effects fade once ordinary life returns.
Have spent years seeking, learning, or practicing, and suspect the next step may not be another technique, philosophy, or teacher.
Simply know there is a quieter way of experiencing life, but something seems to keep getting in the way.
Five consecutive private 90-minute sessions focused on identifying and working through what appears to stand between where you are now and your experience of inner peace.

A Moment to Ponder
If peace is what remains when you stop adding to the moment,
what remains when you add nothing?
Does anything need to be added...?
